In Sha'Allah, you won't need to request a return, refund, or exchange. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please review the policy below.

Exchange Policy

If the jewellery item received does not meet your expectations due to sizing or a genuine product issue, you may request an exchange.

To qualify for an exchange:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Once approved, the item must be returned to our designated address before the replacement process can begin.

Refund Policy

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the item purchased, you may request a refund.

To process a refund request:

Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Our team will review and verify the claim.

If approved, the refund will be issued through the original payment method. Refund processing may take approximately 7–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order within 2 hours of placing it.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

Any applicable payment processing or transaction charges may be deducted before issuing the refund balance.
